Our friend Jim Marshall has started a new podcast focusing on real estate in the Parry Sound area. He draws on his almost 40 years of experience and provides valuable insights into buying and selling in cottage country. He has a deep familiarity with the local area, including the lakes and surrounding communities, which allows him to provide genuine, first hand knowledge.

In addition to his real estate career, he has been actively involved in the local community. He has served as a Councillor for the Town of Parry Sound and held leadership positions with the Parry Sound Real Estate Board and the Canadian Real Estate Associations MLS® and Technology Committee.

In each episode he shares tips and tricks to help you navigate the real estate landscape whether you're a first time cottage or home buyer.
