- Showings arranged privately with us, not any office staff, on your schedule. All meetings, calls and correspondence are also directly with us.
- Direct consultations with your lawyer and accountant before any documentation is executed.
- We reach out to sellers and other brokerages ourselves so your search doesn't become public.
- If a property isn't public yet, the Seller and you won't be either. Confidentiality runs both directions.
