How Haliburton Compares
All five regions, same filter, same source, same quarter.
Haliburton is currently the tightest of the five markets we track. At 7.3 months of inventory it is the only region under ten months, and its median price trend is the strongest at +5.0% over the last twelve months. For scale, Muskoka carries 11.3 months of inventory at a median more than half a million dollars higher, and Kawartha Lakes is down 11.6% year over year.
Two cautions on reading that as strength. Haliburton is a small market, so quarterly figures move on relatively few transactions — Q1 2026 recorded ten sales. And active inventory in Q3 2026 stands at 235, the highest reading in this entire sixteen-year record. Tight months-of-inventory alongside record active listings is a combination worth watching rather than celebrating.
| Region | Median Price | 12-mo Price Trend | Inventory |
